Following a fire at a city centre establishment, hotel worker Mark explains in simple terms what he has learnt about fire safety. Mark is ably assisted throughout the programme by his friend Annie who works in a small family run hotel. Mark and Annie interact with real hotel staff and guests as the programme uses a mix of illustrative action and animated graphics to help staff understand the relevant issues.
