Video can be an effective and persuasive medium. It’s also usually the single largest cost element in a project. So it pays to capitalise on the investment by ensuring key messages are reinforced. At TVA we place a great deal of emphasis on the design of materials to facilitate the process.
It’s often important to validate the fact that information has been understood. We are big believers in the use of questionnaires, particularly multiple-choice. A well designed questionnaire not only provides evidence of comprehension, it helps ensure that knowledge is retained.

Posters are also very effective. Again using images from the video they act as triggers helping ensure issues become completely embedded.
The cost/benefit ratio of these items shouldn’t be overlooked. They add significant value to a campaign for little additional investment.
