Site Induction for Outokumpu Stainless
Stainless steel manufacturer Outokumpu commissioned TVA to produce contractor and employee induction programmes for its sites in Sheffield.
The videos are designed to ensure that people are fully aware of the company’s health, safety and environmental rules and procedures. Throughout the design and scripting stages TVA worked closely with Outokumpu SHE and HR personnel. Everyone was aware that there is a danger of information overload with programmes of this type. It was vital that the programmes concentrated on the key issues if they were to be effective.
